Family and friends of Harmony Montgomery are conducting a search for the little girl’s remains, who was last seen in Manchester in October of 2019 and later declared a victim of a homicide. Her father, Adam Montgomery, was convicted in February but her body has never been found. Law enforcement agencies are focusing on a U-Haul truck Adam rented, tracking its movements between Manchester and Boston. Investigation suggests Harmony’s remains may be located within a 26-mile radius of this route. Authorities have conducted searches in various areas with the primary focus on the Rumney Marsh Reservation in Massachusetts. Harmony’s mother has organized a search in the said area, hoping to find her daughter. Officials are urging anyone with information to contact a 24-hour tip-line. Senior Assistant Attorney General Ben Agati explained that Harmony’s remains may have been transported in a tan CMC bag, and parts of her body could still be recoverable. Prosecutors believe Adam disposed of her body in the Revere area, and they are hopeful Harmony will receive the burial she deserves. The Saturday’s search at Rumney Marsh Reservation is a crucial step in the ongoing investigation to locate Harmony’s remains. The community is encouraged to cooperate with law enforcement to bring closure to this tragic case.
