The Lake Estate on Lake Winnisquam is set to open in June, offering luxury accommodations in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. The hotel will feature 96 guest rooms and 18 suites in a 150,000-square-foot building designed to resemble grand summer cottages from the turn of the last century. With two private beaches, an infinity pool, hot tubs, and various amenities like pickleball courts and a spa, the Lake Estate aims to provide a high-end experience not typically found in the area.
Owned and operated by hospitality veterans Ed and Patti Rocco, the hotel is backed by the capital of Dan and Elaine Dagesse. The Roccos have meticulously planned every detail of the hotel to align with Forbes Travel Guide standards, aiming for a five-star rating. Interior designer Manuel de Santaren has curated a unique and elegant atmosphere, with custom finishes and antique furnishings throughout.
Guests can expect a range of amenities like a fitness center, poolside bar, fine dining restaurant, and access to outdoor activities like paddle boarding and snowshoeing. Room rates will vary by season and room category, ranging from $399 to $1,900 per night.
The Roccos are confident in the demand for a luxury hotel in the area, citing sold-out competitors with outdated amenities. They have already booked multiple weddings at the hotel and are focused on establishing a culture of refined customer service to appeal to discerning travelers. Ultimately, the Lake Estate aims to fill a void in the New Hampshire luxury hotel market and provide a unique and unforgettable experience for guests.
