Ye’s website is selling shirts with swastika symbols after gaining visibility through a Super Bowl ad.

Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, used a Super Bowl commercial to direct viewers to his website where he is selling T-shirts with a swastika, the symbol of Nazi Germany. The white shirts with a black swastika are available for $20 on yeezy.com, with no text or explanation provided. Ye appeared in the commercial getting dental work done and encouraged viewers to visit his website. The shirts were not mentioned in the ad.

Ye’s X account, where he had 33 million followers, was deactivated after posting offensive antisemitic messages. The @kanyewest account, which has been active since 2010, now says it doesn’t exist. Ye had said he was logging out of X in a message on Sunday, thanking Elon Musk for letting him vent.

Despite previously stating he would never sell a shirt with a swastika, Ye’s website began offering them over the weekend. Before his account was deactivated, he posted more antisemitic tweets on Super Bowl Sunday. The Anti-Defamation League CEO criticized Ye for his antisemitic, racist, and misogynistic behavior on his social media accounts.

Ye was previously locked out of his Twitter and X account in 2022 for making antisemitic remarks. The reason for the deactivation of his @kanyewest account was not specified.
