Christopher Bell has taken over the top spot in this week’s NBC Sports NASCAR Power Rankings after his recent victory at New Hampshire. This win extended his hot streak, as he has now won two out of the last five races and finished no worse than ninth in the other three races. Josh Berry has also made his way into the top 10 rankings after finishing in third place this past weekend.
Only three drivers who were in the top 10 at the time of the race being stopped by rain managed to finish in the top 10 overall. The series is now heading to Nashville Superspeedway for the upcoming race on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
In the latest NBC Sports NASCAR Power Rankings, Christopher Bell claimed the first position, followed by Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott in second and third place respectively. Tyler Reddick and Brad Keselowski also made it into the top five. Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, William Byron, Ross Chastain, and Josh Berry complete the top 10 list.
Alex Bowman dropped out of the rankings after this week’s results. With the season heating up, fans can expect more thrilling races and fierce competition as the drivers battle it out for the coveted NASCAR championship title.
